The blueprint of the house is designed to provide maximum privacy to all rooms. Your seaview room with ensuite catches the fresh sea breeze, making the use of the air con almost unnecessary, but that's up to you. Your large bedroom has a study area and comes with a 60" flatscreen, ensuite including shower and toilet, build-in robe, aircon, two ceiling fans and three large windows.
We are sharing the kitchen including fridge, laundry, living room, patio and garden. House rules are: respect, courtesy and fun. Smoking and vaping is limited to outside. We share kitchen utensils and keep the common areas clean and tidy.
Your rent includes internet and all utility bills with normal domestic use.
The room has furniture. The queen size bedframe that has a fairly new mattress. You will get a new mattress protector.

Couples are accepted for an extra $25 per week.

The room is available 4 weeks from 1 February to 1 March 2026.
