Peace and quiet,walking distance to the beach/corner store/supermarket/doctors/pharmacy and PO.Large home with wrap around verandahs catching all sea breezes, rooms are large, comfortable queen bed, ceiling fan, TV,and small refrigerator, wifi available . Large yard, plenty of room for parking, neighbours on large allotments so plenty of room between houses, plenty of privacy.Sorry no pets or children. I have a medium sized (friendly)dog and regularly take medical personnel requiring short term accommodation whilst at the Hervey Bay Hospitals. Room available early March 2026.

Looking for mature person, honest and reliable, of sober habits with no addictions and environmentally friendly, likes dogs, likes peace and quiet, tidy and clean, easy going. Looking for someone who works fulltime, therefore not hanging around the house all day. Must have an understanding of what is required when sharing accommodation ie be tidy ,clean and respect that others may require hot water for a shower, so no 20 minute showers, conscience of recycling etc, other than that everything is pretty easy-going.
