Looking for someone easygoing to move into a well-furnished place just a short walk from town.
The room comes with a brand new queen bed, fresh linen, air con, TV, and side tables – it’s all set up, so you don’t need to bring much.
I help look after the house for the owner and treat it like my own, so I’m hoping to live with someone who’s respectful and comfortable sharing a space. The vibe here is chilled – we enjoy the occasional wine and chat, but also like our downtime. It’s not a party house, more a home base to wind down and recharge.
Ideally you’ve got a daytime job (9 to 5ish), and you're after somewhere that actually feels like home, not just a bed to sleep in.
