I have a lovely house in east Albury.
I work hospitality and am reasonably social, enjoy an occasional drink or a good movie but are generally early to bed and pretty quiet. Pretty easy going though i do like the house to be reasonably tidy and clean.
The house is 10 minutes walk from Dean street and has a great view from the deck.
The room available is downstairs and separate from the rest of the house with its own bathroom. Obviously the rest of the house is there to be used and enjoyed as well.
Happy to do a zoom run through of the house or send photos if interested.
