Hi, I'm a full-time working professional looking for a respectful, tidy, and easy-going house-mate for a female-only 2 bedroom property with a shared bathroom in East Albury (subject to approval of your application from the real estate agent).
The property is located a 10 min walk away from IGA and 3 mins to the nearest bus stop (headed to Albury via the Albury Hospital Base).
No parking spot on the property, however, there is on-street parking available.
I've been living here for a year so furnished with a bed in the room to be rented - however, flexible and willing to make space for any furniture you were wanting to bring.
I'm away most of the time during the day so will only really be at the property during nighttime and weekends. I have my friends/family over occasionally and my boyfriend is over every most weekend as well.
