I’m looking for someone to share a spacious four-bedroom house.

The bedrooms are unfurnished (can be furnished if needed). The house features two fully furnished lounge rooms with TVs, two bathrooms, and three toilets.

There are multiple shared outdoor areas, including two BBQs and a salt-water pool. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped and shared, with all appliances and gadgets provided. The laundry includes washing machines and everything you need.

The property backs onto a reserve with a walking track to the beach (approximately 12–15 minutes on foot). Local shops are about a 5-minute walk away and include a bakery, cafés, small supermarket, chemist, bottle shop, and health clinics. On quiet nights, you can even hear the ocean from your room.

All bills are included, along with unlimited NBN Wi-Fi.

This is a nice, relaxed home — not a party house, though we do enjoy music from time to time. All ages welcome.
