Queen size bed with new bedsheets, inbuilt cupboards and study desk.
MASTER BEDROOM: Not Currently Available
Queen size bed with new bedsheets. Walkin wardrobe. Private ensuite (shower/toilet). Study desk.
KITCHEN: crockery, cutlery glassware etc supplied.
AIRCONDITIONING: The use of the bedroom air conditioner is an additional cost, dependent on your usage.
PETS: The property is NOT fenced, so cats and dogs probably not suitable. Happy to discuss.
SMOKING/VAPING: OUTSIDE ONLY!
Smoke/vape must NOT disturb the other tenants or guests.
Two weeks rent must be paid up front prior to moving in and one week bond.
Must have govt photo ID eg Passport, Drivers Licence, Proof of Age Card or similiar
No additional cost for the pool or garden maintenance.
