About the flatmates
This home is a share house of 3 people with individual rooms, sharing a bathroom (shower and bath) and separate toilet.
Floor heating in common areas, and reverse cycle heat pump/AC in lounge room. You will need a personal dimplex heater for your private rooms.

Photos of the common areas of the house are of the house sale when I bought it. The furniture has changed but is still similarly modern.
The owner/head tenant (me) lives in Hobart and has one room in the house and stored items in the shed - both of which I require access to in case I require some belongings, and occasionally may need to stay the night in Launceston.
There is no onsite parking available, there is on street parking on the street.
