I’m looking to rent a room to a lovely human and maybe their dog child!
The house has been restored but not renovated. The house keeps its old charm but still has the fresh look. Beautiful timber floorboards throughout, a fire place, ceiling fans in every room, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. One bathroom but the toilet is seperate. Large living space and a sun room which is basically another living space. Great sized fully fenced yard.
My ideal housemate would be someone who is also working FT. Who can appreciate the need for down time at home to recharge for the next day. You will have to love dogs (not just tolerate) as my girl is an equal in the household 🤣. I’m open to having another dog join the mix if they get along with Miss Athena. The house is currently sober household and would prefer to keep it this way!
