A warm and peaceful home only five minutes walking distance from the Southern Cross University Lismore campus. The property is spacious, fully furnished and well maintained, set on a large block in a very safe and quiet part of East Lismore on the hill closest to campus.
The room(s) will be available soon. The home is currently undergoing renovations that include two brand new bathrooms and one new bedroom, so the space will be fresh and very comfortable once completed. The second and even larger bedroom will be advertised separately with the intention of welcoming a third person into the household. This will create a small, friendly and comfortable shared space of three adults who value respect and gentle living.
You will be sharing with me, Jen, a mature aged woman who has worked and studied at SCU for ten years. The home is also shared with three small and very affectionate Maltese Shih Tzu dogs. For this reason, dog lovers are essential and people who enjoy the presence of gentle companion animals will feel especially at home here.
The property includes generous garden space with plenty of room for growing vegetables or enjoying outdoor relaxation. It is an ideal environment for someone who values quiet surroundings, natural spaces and a welcoming household.
