I’m looking for someone exceptionally clean, respectful and who works full-time.
I’ve got a good track record as a land lord, and go out of my way to make your stay comfortable.

I’d prefer someone fairly introverted, not a party person.
Bonus if you are into gardening!

A nice 3 bedroom Queenslander in East Mackay.
The photos are of one of the small rooms. I’m happy to discuss giving you the master bedroom as an option.
There is another bedroom available that can be rented if you have a friend.

I live and work as a teacher at a boarding school, so only occasionally stay at the house during the school term, however there most days doing house work and outdoor work.

Fully furnished.
Plenty of storage room down stairs.
Large backyard with sun lounges, outdoor entertainment and shade under the mango tree.
I look after the lawns regularly.
