Recently renovated bathroom is shared but there’s 2 seperate toilets in the house.
Great location in East Maitland, 2 min drive to Greenhills Shopping Centre and a 5 min drive to High St in Maitland.
Internet is included in rent. Electricity, gas & water are split evenly between housemates.
You’ll be living with myself and another housemate, we’re both pretty laid back, easy going people however we’re both working professionals and would prefer to keep the place quiet so no party animals.
I have a Labrador, so I can’t stress this enough, if you don’t like dogs, this place is not for you. He’s a good boy, loves people.
