Great, quiet part of town.
Super close to Peel Street, whilst still not feeling like you're on it.
Backs on to Crown land so a pretend backyard that is yours to walk, sit, lie down, picnic etc on.
The house has a large kitchen and pantry, a gas stove and a verandah to the East and West. Also, a living area and dining room. I will add more pictures.
Aircon in living/dining/kitchen area and in the available bedroom.
Plenty of storage throughout.
Cons: This bedroom doesn't have a ceiling fan but there's a standing fan in the storage room you could use.
Upstairs gets hot in Summer, so we sometimes used the aircon, and Tamworth Winters were freezing.

Hi, great 2-storey property in East Tamworth
2 bathroom.
Current housemates are a junior doctor at the hospital staying on another year at the property. He spends much of his time in his room.
There'll be another housemate from the hospital working as a surgical registrar.
The current housemates spend most of their time at work or in their rooms.
There are rumours of the 2so the price may go up to 150+bills depending. The landlord is announcing the rent price increase in the next short while.
