About the property
Looking for single flatmate, female preferred. This home is 2 min drive or 15 min walk to Eaton shopping and recreation centre, with easy access to greenspaces and the highway.
You would be sharing with a middle aged healthcare worker and one other housemate. No substances or smoking, and no alcohol abuse.
The home is bright, spacious, with separate lounge seating areas and a large covered outdoor patio for housemates to be comfortable in different spaces. There is a large garden and shed for some of your extra gear, with parking off street. Rooms are furnished as shown in their photos.
May request police check and references. Overseas workers welcome, as i am as well. Room is rented to individuals on agreement. Smaller single room not suitable for couple. Female preferred.
Housemates keep own room clean to standard and participate in keeping common areas tidy. Most utilities are included. Housemate participates in electric bill and shares common costs such as dish soap.

I'm a middle-aged healthcare professional who works sometimes at home. Most bills are included but chuckin expected for heat, especially during season when heaters or aircon in use.
I value friendly interactions and a generally clean, tidy, and peaceful home space. Ideal flatmates would be emotionally mature adult or younger adult professionals who can respect other's space, and also value a community feeling (pitching in on common area cleaning, occasionally share a cuppa). There is some storage available and room for sport gear.
