Its a 3 bedroom house, single garage, quaint inside but spacious at the same time. Outdoor living with a spa with a beautiful neat front & backyards. its a very quiet upmarket nice neighbourhood, every one stops to talk when walking the dog. My home is very neat with low maintenance. Close to Eli Waters shopping centre & bus stops. only 2km to the Woolworths shopping centre, 4.5km to the main part of town, 7.5km from the Esplanade on Hervey Bay.
I have made space in each shared room of the house, includes 2 cupboards & draws in each room to store kitchen stuff, pantry, bathroom , garage, loungeroom & laundry. Makes it easy to store your own personnel things where needed.

I am a homestay home. I will be having another international student coming in early July for 5 months, staying in the single room. The double room is also fully supplied with all linen including pillows, bedding, sheets, towels & furnishes. You wont need anything to stay except your own personal belongings. Everything is supplied.

I do not have space in or on the property for other furniture, boxes, misc. large items to be stored.

INCLUDED IN RENT PRICE - House contents insurance & liability, unlimited Optus data, usage of home phone - the calls are unlimited except overseas, Netflix, electricity, water usage, household utility items such as bin liners, cleaning & kitchen products, dishwash tablets, glad wrap/foil, hand soaps, spices, paper towels, tissues, etc.

The only thing you need to purchase yourself is food, toilet paper & clothes washing liquid.

A $100 deposit for garage remote is included in rental bond, in case you loose or break it, as this is our entry in the home.

Full Bond is $640, includes 2 weeks rent plus garage remote bond

I have a dishwasher, air cons x 2, freezers x 2, fridges x2, new fans & fire alarms in all bedrooms as per QLD Law.

Any one female who is working and or is a student, back packer, & /or LBGTI is our preference is welcome, with no pets please, too many pets make much mess.

The house has full security with outdoor cameras, Crim safe doors, & windows. locks on gates, It is a safe home
