🌊 6 min walk to the beach, and surrounded by nature. Can hear the beach from the house! Not on the main road though, so feels very private and quiet/calm.
🌊 Big open plan kitchen, living, & dining spaces, looking out onto the gorgeous backyard and covered timber deck. Outdoor shower for after a swim/surf, firepit, and a chicken coup (currently no chickens). Disclaimer: the big leafy tree in the yard in the photos has just been cut back, so less shade in the yard right now.

🌊 The available bedroom is not furnished (mattress in the photo not included), but the rest of the house is pretty much done!
🌊 Has my washing machine and dryer in the laundry, coffee pod machine, and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
🌟 Looking for someone chill, clean & tidy. Would love a new bestie who is keen to be social and go for a swim/walk and have a wine sometimes, but is otherwise relatively quiet during the week (not a party house). Would suit a 20s-30s working professional.
🐾 MUST LOVE DOGS - NON-NEGOTIABLE! I am getting a dog early 2026, and the neighbours have a dog, so must be a dog-lover and happy to live with an inside/outside pup.

🌟 I'm a 27 year old lawyer, originally from Newcastle, and have lived in Coffs Harbour for just over a year now for work.
🌟 I work long days and weeks (usually 2 days a week from home and the rest at the office/Courts). My job is quite demanding so I love to be able to come home to this little oasis to relax.
🌟 When I'm not working I love beach days, gym & running, hikes and adventuring, and brunching. I love going for dinner and a few wines with friends, and trying new places to eat/drink. Big fan of gigs and live music too!
🌟 I moved into this rental in Jan 2026, because I wanted somewhere beautiful and quiet, lots of nature around, with plenty of room for me to get a puppy in early 2026, and walking distance to the beach. So far, it has been magical!
🌟 I pay most of the rent for property, and have the master bed with ensuite, the study/home office, and the carport space.
🌟 The available room housemate will pay much less, and have the second bedroom, the main house bathroom largely to themselves (besides visitors/guests), and would have to park on the grass/street instead of under the carport.
🌟 There is a couple and their dog who live in the granny flat behind the property (they have their own entrance gate and don't need to come into our yard), and they are wonderful. They also have a carport space.
