Mine is a nice 4 bedroom home on the Nepean River. Furnished room available upstairs (I'm downstairs). Very flexible with this however, can remove anything if preferred. There's also a loungeroom, bathroom, ducted air and balcony upstairs. Downstairs is a pool room and a stunning big backyard (see photos).
Lewers Cafe, Emu Hall and Laughin Boy just a short walk away. Roughly a 5 minute drive into Penrith and loads of things to do around the area. It's a great lifestyle., especially if you're into the River walk, kayaking (I have one you can use) or spending time on the water.
