About the flatmates
I am the owner of the property and 53 years old. I already have 1 other roommate who is 63. We are both single. We are pretty easy going, we keep the house pretty tidy. I am in Civil Construction and flatmate is a manager of an RSL type establishment.
I am looking for a quiet, respectful male who is working. At this stage the room is unfinished but that is negotiable. There will a 2 week bond plus first week upfront. Bills additional. Shared bathroom. Available now. Close to shops, bus out front of property and train station nearby. There will be a simple rental agreement to be signed.
