My lovely housemate is moving out, so I’m looking for a new housemate to share my home with!

The House:

A modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home shared between just the two of us. The third bedroom has been used as a spare/study, which has worked really well and hoping to keep it that way.

The house is located in Epsom and is only a 3-minute drive to Epsom Village which has everything you need! Woolworths, Aldi, Dan Murphy’s, Chemist Warehouse and heaps of food options (Nem Vietnamese is my favourite).

The Room:
- Largest room in the house
- Private ensuite
- Walk-in robe
- Unfurnished

The Details:
- Rent: $300 per week for this room
- Bond: $1,100
- Bills split evenly between us
- Available from 16th Jan, but move-in date can be flexible
- You will be required to go on the lease

About me:

I’m a 28-year-old female working full time as a graphic designer in Bendigo. I enjoy having a glass of wine together and watching a show, but I also value my own space and respect yours.

The Vibe:
- Ideally looking for someone of a similar age (but not crucial)
- Working full time or with reliable income
- Independent, friendly, and considerate
- Modern, comfortable house that’s kept clean and tidy
- My housemate is taking most of the furniture, so if you have some furniture already that’s a bonus! (Kitchen essentials are all covered)
