I am a single, retired, easy going, mature aged woman, living in a townhouse within a secured complex of 40 properties.
Your room is upstairs, as pictured ready for you. You have your own bathroom next to your bedroom as pictured and we will share an office desk if you wish to do any paperwork.
The house has reverse cycle air conditioning.
You will have fobs for vehicle access to the complex and my secure 2 car garage.
The complex has a 30m swimming pool that is solar heated for residents' use.
Walking distance to Coles shops and lovely walks with estuary access.
Most important is cleanliness - I am a very neat and tidy person and if you are not naturally inclined that way, please do not apply as it will not work out. We need to be compatible with this regard.
