The surrounding bush is a koala corridor. There is an abundance of wildlife - koalas, wallabies and wild birds. It's not fenced and I'd prefer to keep the wildlife around, so no pets.

You will be renting a room with just myself - female, full time worker. Friendly, quiet, not a party person. I work a lot so home is my quiet sanctuary.
I like cooking, being creative, gardening, being in nature, drama free and spending time by the lake which is only 10 mins from home - swimming or SUP (I have 2 boards I'm happy to share).
