One bedroom available in a lovely house with a large backyard, available for shared lease.
Located in Estella, with a few minutes walk or drive to Charles Sturt University, and only a short drive into central Wagga. Off street parking is available. Suitable for students.
There are two well behaved boxer dogs that are predominantly indoor. Unfortunately no other pets allowed.
The room is only suitable for a single, non-smoking occupant.
We are ideally looking for another uni student to join us.
We spend a lot of time at uni, so we are looking for relaxed and friendly housemates who is keen to share a house that’s ideal for studying.
Rooms available:
There is currently one room available.
You would be sharing the main bathroom with two other housemates. The toilet is entirely separate to the bathroom.
There is one medium sized bedroom currently available (can fit a double or queen sized bed, along with desk and bedside tables etc).
Rent per room is $175/week plus internet & utilities, which are split equally between all housemates. Weekly rent includes the cost of external property care (lawn mowing and gardens etc) and the use of internal appliances etc.
- The new tenant will be required to co-sign a 12 month lease.
- The new tenant will be required to contact and apply through our real estate agent (contact details will be forwarded onto suitable applicants), and a four week bond and two weeks rent in advance is required prior to moving in.
* The bedroom is unfurnished however the remainder of the house is fully furnished and equipped with appliances available for shared use.
House:
The house has a fireplace as well as evaporative air conditioning (cheap to run!) so is comfortable throughout the year. It also has a spacious backyard with a patio. There is room for up to four cars in the front yard as well as plenty of on street parking.
