About the flatmates
***I think people are confused.
The rate for the room is based on one person renting the room and utilities. Obviously 2 people are going to use more of the utilities so that will have to be discussed and negotiated.
Other sites allow you to put in a single or couple rate. Unfortunately, this site doesn't seem to have that facility. The bathroom is a shared bathroom and also a guest bathroom therefore you do not have exclusive use. Most of the time you will have it to yourself
I work full time and I am doing the garden. I hold the lease and pay the bills within reason. This is a 2 storey house, I am upstairs and so is the kitchen and loungeroom and I am happy for people to utilise upstairs. I am looking for people who are clean, happy to do their own thing and are friendly. Occasionally I do have a helper come to stay for a week or two to help out with the garden so you must enjoy sharing. No heavy drinkers or heavy drug users. Fifo ok
