The property is fully furnished, with the exception of bedroom furniture, so it’s ready for someone to move straight in.

The location is ideal — walking distance to the beach via a track just a few doors up, the headland is around a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a boat ramp directly across the road.

Fans are installed throughout. While there’s no air conditioning, the louvre windows open fully, allowing constant fresh river breezes and excellent airflow all day.

You’ll be sharing with an easy-going 49-year-old female who lives a quiet lifestyle. I work as a support worker and spend a fair bit of time away, but I value coming home to relax. My home is my sanctuary, so it’s not a party house — though I do enjoy a drink now and then and good conversation.
