Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables, and lamps. Included with the home are a fridge, dining table, lounge set, deck furniture, washing machine and dryer. Linen not included.

Starlink internet is available, while mobile reception is limited depending on your service provider. Reception is available halfway down the driveway for all. Home phone can be connected at tenants responsibility if needed.

The property is located in Fishery Falls, in a peaceful, quiet, and safe neighbourhood.

Approximately 10 minutes from Gordonvale or Babinda, and 30 minutes to both Cairns City and Innisfail.

Lawn and garden maintenance is the tenant’s responsibility and cost – a ride-on mower is provided.

Bills: Electricity, Water, and Starlink are paid separately and will be transferred into the tenant’s name.
