$300/week (rent is paid fortnightly) gives you access to the property, no bills are included in that amount. You'll have 2 rooms at your own end of the house. They both have fans, but no aircon. The bathroom and toilet will be your own unless there's guests as I'll have my own ensuite. There's space on the driveway for a car if needed. High speed, quality internet is available ($50/month), I also have a Netflix account if that interests you (half of whatever a Netflix account costs).
Gas from July-October was $208, Electricity was $285 and Water was $90.
There's already a dog on the property so I won't be accepting any other cats/dogs sorry. Should note that this is all going to be going through the real estate and anyone interested will have to be signed onto the lease. Male preferred, please no children.
