I’m an easy going professional. I work in the social media marketing world. I work from home. The living room is equipped with a sofa and armchair and new Sony flatscreen. I have an office workspace in the corner of the room separated from the television area. You’re welcome to all areas. There is an outdoor terrace area strictly no smoking due to neighbours. There is a small grass area if you want to earth and stick your feet in! The living area also is equipped with a 4 seater round dining table ready for your breakfast bowl or dinner. The kitchen has a huge island equipped with gas stovetop, microwave, oven, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, Tupperware, pots and pans, sandwich grill, super blender for your smoothies, beautiful double door brand new fridge with half space available for your things. You have acess to your own master bathroom with separate toilet room. The bathroom has a large shower and bath, there’s plenty of products in there but you’re welcome to put mine in the cupboard and make it your own space. Your bedroom is at the front of the house with a large built in wardrobe that just has hanging space. There is no shelving system in there. This is something I am looking at getting put in. Your bedroom is not massive it just fits a queen bed comfortably. It comes with the bed, I have just purchased some new sheets for it but you will have to bring your own linen and anything else you might want such as lamps. It comes with a bohemian wood bedside table.

The front of the property is easily maintained, I’m about to install arlo security systems for added protection.

The house is in the new estate near the school. It’s quiet and peaceful with nice neighbours.

No pets allowed, vaping is allowed however smoking inside or outside anywhere on the property is not.

I work from home so I’m happy to socialise and I’m always down to make some pancakes and chit chat. I work in the main living space at the computer desk by the window most of the time and my partner comes home from holidays in February so it will be the two of us living there when that happens. For now it’s just me. I don’t drink or do drugs I’m in recovery so if any illicit substances enter this property and I become aware I will issue an on the spot vacate notice for that day to leave the premises. You may keep alcohol in the house if you want to have a beer or glass of wine with dinner whatever floats your boat that’s fine. But when it becomes a problem or too excessive including too much being consumed I may not be comfortable with that kind of drinking.

Im super down to watch a movie or hang out but I also like to hang in my room or my privacy at times.

When my partner comes home in February he’s very laid back and will be looking for work so he will be home also.

Apart from that it’s a chill house with a private bedroom, own master bathroom with adjoining toilet, big bath tub for your bubble bath needs, fully equipped kitchen, living area with new Sony tv, outdoor terrace area with stone outdoor setting,
Computer space strictly for my use, dining area shared and if you need to store anything we have space in our garage which we are using as a storage place.
Can park in driveway, my licence is suspended so i currently don’t have a vehicle. You can comfortably park 2 cars in the driveway and there’s on street parking aswell.

Rent included with internet and electricity 350pw.

Available to move in immediately pending interview and inspection/ background check and references.
