We have two rooms becoming available in our four-bedroom house situated near Caroline Springs, in Fraser Rise in the coming weeks!
Rent for the single room is $200 per week, whereas the larger room is $250 for a single, $300 per week for a couple, which is inclusive of power, internet, water, and gas. The room will also be furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. You will also have your own bathroom, as we have our ensuite.
We understand that things don’t need to be spotless, just tidy!
We are looking for someone who is studying or working full-time!

About the flatmates
You will be living with my partner and I, where we are both in our mid-late twenties!
My partner works shift work at Air Liquide, so he is barely home sometimes during the week, and there are times when he will sleep during the day for his night shifts.
I work at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, where my shifts vary during the week, along with studying dental radiography!
In our free time, we love to cook, go to the gym, have an occasional drink with our flatmates, and love to travel!
