About the property
Our house has four bedrooms and 1 bathroom and there is an aircon and fan in every room. You will have your own room with a wardrobe and shared bathroom. We have a small outdoor area that we have decorated with fairy lights and we live in a beautiful quiet street with lovely neighbours on either side of us and no one in front of the house. We are only 10 minutes from the university and just around the corner from local shops and amenities. We have a garage and driveway, as well as plenty of grass space out the front for cars to park. Our house is fully furnished and we do have a spare bed if needed or the room can be unfurnished if you have your own bed you'd like to use!

About the flatmates
Myself (Kaila) and my friend Beth are two 22 year old women who are second year Oral Health students at CQUni. We are clean, tidy, fun and welcoming people who love to socialise but also enjoy our own personal time and space. We are hard working and committed to our studies and spend majority of our time at uni or work. We both love cooking, reading, tv shows, movies, going for walks or going to the gym and are very family and friend orientated people. We both moved to Rockhampton from the Gold Coast last year to pursue our love for Dental and have had the best time here making memories from concerts, to night outs, to hosting our own dinner parties at home, to bull riding and just quiet nights at home. We would love to find someone who matches our vibe and who we can also call a friend as well!
A fellow uni student would be ideal but we are open to anyone!
