Looking for a clean and friendly female housemate to join me in a beautiful home in Gatton.
🗺️ Location : the house is located close to Lockyer District High School, within walking distance to shops, the lake recreational area and only a 10min drive to UQ Campus.
💰 Cost : Rent being $250 a week including internet, electricity (as currently have solar, this may differ in the future) and maintenance. Water bill and food excluded.
💎 Bond : $1000 (4 weeks rent upfront)
🏡 Household : You would just be living with 1 other housemate. The house itself has a large front yard, but small back yard, so not suitable for pets. You will have your own personal room (with a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan) and own bathroom that would only be shared on the odd occasion. All other common areas are shared and central air con is available. Room can come furnished or unfurnished but please contact me for more details regarding this. Rest of the house is furnished. No smoking.
🚗 Parking : Car parking area is available however it is currently not undercover.
