About the property
Come live on half an acre in the country, with beautiful gardens, country views, very close to the township with in walking distance, cherry orchard, veggie garden, with big beautiful trees and assorted fruit trees on half an acre.
I keep my house very tidy and clean, there's honestly the biggest lolly shop I've ever seen in Geeveston, and the food festival on the first Thursday of every month, which you can walk too, as well as Australia's fabulous sushi. The neighbours are all very lovely.
My house has a very warm and carming feel, I'm always happy to cook up a feast once a month for everyone, or a movie night why not right. Its quiet, warm, tidy, close to public transport and the shops.
All equipment and utensils are free to use. If you don't have towels or just the simple utensils, I have supplied almost everything.

Hey everyone I'm Simon, I'm studying full-time my hobbies include: hiking, 4wding, movie night, cooking, and gardening, building my own furniture, occasionally a bit of gaming and keeping very fit, I have fruit orchard and veggie garden on the property, I have a very relaxing respectful personality. I do have fur babies but they aren't on the property, recently bought this property in Geeveston and absolutely loving it here,
I keep the house inside and out extremely clean and tidy, i also maintain the family farm in Huonville.
My other flatmate works full-time, is respectful, clean and tidy.
I'm looking for someone who keeps there area clean and tidy, shares in household duties, is respectful of others in the household, cleans up after themselves, and asks before bringing ppl into the house, communication is key.
