About the property
We have front room available which is self contained, furnished and private. Your own kitchenette with stove, lounge and ensuite, with double bed and reading chair and desk. Some kitchen appliances and kitchenware too.

A very extensive garden with unusual fruit that would love someone who loves to spend time with it and some pets to adore.
We look out for and care for one another, consideration, respecting privacy and each of us brings something to contribute. Each differently gifted, we have some disabilities yet all abled to contribute to the whole.
We are looking for someone quiet who enjoys nature, pets and helping each other when needed as well as your own privacy too. Someone responsible who will enjoy looking after things if we are away.

About the flatmates
At the back of house, my mother in her 80s and I 50s. We have a small dog and cat.
We have a big garden which includes some more unusual fruit trees. Companion gardening. Grapes, pineapples, bananas, wompi, citrus and more.
If you are quiet and enjoy gardening and enjoying our pets this may suit you.
We are quiet, non smoking and non drinking. We prefer to use natural cleaning products and try to avoid chemical perfumes. We enjoy natural and health food. We respect each others beliefs and expect the same in return.
We are negatable and a little hand around would be great.
