House is cleaned via a cleaner on a twice weekly basis and in between times is maintained by ourselves and this comes as part of the rent and the only room they won't clean is your room unless requested.

Am always happy to have a chat socially.
I work with dogs training and looking after them especially with behaviour issues and have a business that I also work from home that fills my time considerably
