About the flatmates
At present I am on my own recent house mate hospitalised and unable to return I am an elderly retired man non drinker or smoker I am looking for housemates on the behest of the owner at present I have cleared out a room with a single bed (full set of clean linen) and working on two other bedrooms this is an old property with large living room fair sized kitchen shared toilet and shower (in bath) I am quite outgoing but quiet at present I’m repairing and cleaning the property I have a large fridge freezer and washing machine which I will share also a large chest freezer presently the wifi’s in the previous housemate name I intend to take it over and like the gas electricity and water share the bills with housemates
