We’re looking for someone around the same age to fill the room.
Everyone in the house is super friendly, down to earth, and easy to get along with. We all have separate schedules and so are not always at the house at the same time. When we are, we love to catchup and unwind from our days. If you are a social person who also values their personal time you will fit in just fine. Most of the time we are in our own rooms doing our own thing.
This is a social but respectful house. My pool/air hockey table and bar is in the open planned living area. It is there for everybody to enjoy if and when they choose to have friends over. We are all respectful of each others belongings and work schedules, so we always message to check if it’s okay to have people over. We love game nights, movie nights, chill dinners together, and more.
The kitchen and big bathroom at the end of house is a shared space. Both get cleaned regularly and are kept neat and tidy. We ask that whoever moves in maintains this level of cleanliness as it is shared by two other girls.
Your room is yours to furnish. It sits at the end of the house with the bathroom, and away from the living room so it is a bit quieter. My room is next door but I have a busy work life and am a pretty quiet person (unless i’m playing games lol). The room is big enough to fit a king bed or a queen bed with a desk and other furniture items. It has a built in wardrobe and a big window to let in lots of natural sunlight. It also has a split system aircon and ceiling fan.
The rent is currently $212 split between 4 people. Other bills like electricity, water, gas, and wifi are not included. The house has solar panels, so usually the bills split between the four of us doesn’t come down to too much. We do our best to be mindful to keep costs down.
