About the flatmates
Hi, I'm retired and enjoying a slower existence after a busy work life. I have always shared my homes in the past, so well used to having flatmates. There will only be myself (and my cat Casper), and the new person living at my house.
This place is great for those wishing to live in a calm atmosphere, with pool, for regular exercise.
As there are 4 bedrooms the new flatmate can have 2 of the 4 bedrooms (bedroom plus study/dressing room) and own bathroom. One of the available rooms is furnished for your use, if you don't have furniture.
Own fridge in garage.
** I would like someone to help water the garden and take care of the pool when I go away.
