This property is 800m to the parkwood Tram Station that go directly to Griffith University, Southport, surfers Paradise and Broad Beach. Close to the Shopping Centre. 700 meters from Arundel Tavern, just one stop from Helensvale Westfield shopping centre, and from there you also can take train to go directly to Brisbane .
You just share the house with my family ( 2 adults 2 kids, 8 year old boy and 10 year old girl ), we are working full time, leave home early and come back late, suits someone study, work from home and relax in quiet place.
I am very easy going also very respect other’s privacy. I am looking for someone that clean, tidy, friendly. No kids, no pets, no drugs, no parties.
