G'day! My name is Jordan and I have lived on Olsen Avenue since 2016 with my dog Leo and a variety of friends over the years. Currently its just me and my dog Leo who in his older age has become an inside dog, very tidy and respectful but will demand pats! Renting the other room I have a friend in North QLD who lived here back in 'season 1' who will come down closer to the New Year.

I work in film and TV as an Actor along with a lot of gig work and up until earlier this year also was a theme park performer, namely in the Dreamworld Entertainment department for 6 1/2 years. Very creative household but also enjoy getting people together for a bbq and a few bevs, very laid back and if you're the same and tidy around the place, welcome!

Outside of that I myself am originally from North QLD where my family have cattle properties, so don't mind getting my hands dirty and very much descended of the country lifestyle. We have a big back yard, patio with back bar for a chin wag and beverage. All rooms have ceiling fans and windows, with an aircon in the lounge area.

Across the road is the Parkwood Plaza area with the big clocktower which has a great coffee cafe, bakery, foodworks, BWS, news agent, post office, pizza shop and much more, great little spot to walk across to. Also down the road from Harbourtown. Pub wise your local in either direction is Parkwood Tav, Southport Sharks or Dublin Docks. Aldi just up the road also. Talk about convenience right?

Rent is $750, split 3 ways is $250. Current lease goes until May. Power, Water and Internet are split 3 ways.
