Ashmore, Gold Coast

The property we are looking to rent a room from is based on central Gold Coast, Ashmore!

We live in a quite, private duplex with two beautiful dogs ( outside only) so we cant accept pets.

My partner and I work full time so we mostly spend time in our home after work.

We are young household but we also looking for someone who enjoys quite nights but on occasion we might have friends over.

We also offering extra storage in our double llock up garage shed that is only used for washing machine area and small about of storage that we have our selfs.

The bathroom is brand new! with a beautiful bathtub as well that will be shared with clean and friendly roommate.

The room isn't large compared to others in the house, BUT you would be the only lucky one to have air con in your room that you can use with in reason.

We arent smokers, but if you are we only ask to go out front but we are ok with vaping if need be.

This room is ready to go! We are looking for someone who will mix well with us as we are very easy going, just want to make sure we find the right roommate! :)

We live in a quiet dead-end street backing onto a dog park with many walkways. We are very central GoldCoast, so nothing is too far away (besides Cooly).

Parking is on the street but there is always parking available there.

We looking to get this rented out ASAP, Inspections will be sundays or after work hours :)
