The home is ideally located, a 7 min drive or a 15 min bike ride to Griffith University and Gold Coast Hospital, with a bus stop near the entrance to the property. 5 min walk to Ashmore Plaza and 10 min drive to Surfers Paradise beach.

Room 1: Contains a single bed and mattress, large built-in wardrobe (mirrored) and ceiling fan. Study desk and chair provided.

The house also includes high-speed WIFI, air-conditioning unit in the lounge room, and built in ceiling fans in all rooms. Spacious laundry with a new washing machine. There is ample streetside parking available nearby.

Internet and water bills are included in the weekly rent. Electricity bills paid by tenants. Push bikes available upon request if needed.
