The house itself is over two levels and you are welcome to enjoy it all.
Upstairs is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining and kitchen with 2 balconies off the front and rear. The front balcony is huge and a gorgeous space to have a BBQ or enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the gardens. 🌴 The back balcony is perfect for watching the sunset over the mountains.🌄
Downstairs has a private entrance and comprises of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, small shared office space and the shared laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Theres a pool, outdoor entertaining areas🥂, nice gardens🪻, and street parking.🚗 (Off street parking in the driveway will become available when we leave in February)

About the flatmates
Hi!!! 👋 We are a small family with myself, my partner, Dan and our 11 year old son, Mason and we are leaving to do a lap of Australia in our van (so excited!) We will be heading off around start of Feb and plan to take the rest of the year to explore our amazing country!!
We are looking for a good person wants to make our home their home whilst we are away.
Meet our house mates...
Upstairs we have;
Tristan (23) 🏋️♂️ works FT and lives in the gym... sleeping in one of the bedrooms upstairs. He is very laid back and hyper focused on his goals so you rarely see him!
Kaiden (21) 💪 is Tristan's brother who has moved up from Victoria, he also working and goes to the gym everyday. He is a little more chatty and enjoys the social aspect of living with other people.
Mae 👩🎓and Archie 🎸(in their early 30's) are a husband and wife team who moved over from the Philippines so Mae can study her masters at Griffith Uni. Archie works at 4 different jobs so between them both they are rarely here. But when they are they are happy to share a meal, a joke or have a sing along with a guitar.
Hugo 📸and Victoria 👩🏼 (37 & 28) are gorgeous Brazillian couple who are hard working and fun loving. They both work from home and also out of home. They are very friendly and easy going and enjoy the positive and relaxed environment here.
Downstairs we have a very quiet 21 y.o Japanese student, 🧑🏼🎓Takuya, who is studying a Business degree FT at Griffith Uni. I think he still lives here... he's never home and when he is you wouldn't know it as he is always studying in his room!
There's also our fur babies, Lola and Archie, 🐕 🐶 who will be staying at the house so you do need to like dogs! They are easy dogs who love a pat and a cuddle and if you're keen to take them on walks they'll be your best friend forever! 🥰They sleep on the upstairs front deck and keep themselves company.
This is a dynamic home with relaxed, friendly vibes. Its not a party house but not a retirement home either.
We will have a professional cleaner 🧹come weekly and a gardener 👨🏼🌾and poolman come by once a month to make sure all communal areas are looked after.
🔎We are looking for someone who has good energy and respect, who we feel will fit in well with the vibe/lifestyle of everyone here and is looking for a long term (min. 6-12 months) stable home environment.🏡 Happy to consider a couple, however additional rent will be required.
