1 detached private bedroom furnished with your own bathroom, lounge room and separate side entrance in Ashmore. 3.5km to Griffith Uni or bus direct to Southport at the end of the street.
Share kitchen & dining in the main house (with myself, a female, & part time teen girl), however a Fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & benchtop oven/hotplate etc will be supplied so it may suit someone who isn't a big cook, chooses to eat out on the run or wants to food prep in batches. Whatever goes really!
Shared external laundry and backyard undercover living space. Quiet street with 1 car space on driveway & plenty of on street parking.
Would prefer a female, a couple or 2 females wanting to share.

I work from my home office so I would prefer someone who is friendly, outgoing and likes their own space, working or studying outside the home.
