- Waterfront living in Benowa Waters.
- Adjacent to the Botanical Gardens.
- Convenient 5 mins walk to Coles supermarket, restaurants and bus stop at Benowa Gardens shopping centre.

ABOUT YOU
- You do not smoke, vape or are on drugs.
- You work full-time.
- You are looking to rent longer-term (6 months+).
- You are respectful and tidy.
- You agree to keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
- You are not a couple. This room is for a single occupant only.
- You do not have any pets of your own.

YOUR HOUSEMATES
- Me, another guy (we are both chill dudes in our late 20s/early 30s) and a quiet, friendly Golden Retriever.

RENT & BOND
- Rent is $450/week, payable 2 weeks in advance.
- Bond is 4 weeks rent ($1,800), payable when you move in.
