In Benowa / Bundall, it’s a really central location, 15mins to beach, 15mins to Pacific Fair and walking distance to the shops. Quiet and safe neighbourhood with plenty of parking.
🏠 House:
Lovely warm house big enough to spread out. There’s two living spaces, a massive kitchen, outdoor area and a big pool - lifesaver in summer! I have a little cat so no other pets sorry! Sharing the home with myself and Beth 🫶 We both work full time so barely see each other but when we can we have a wine, TV and a catch up, we’d love someone who is likeminded!
🛌 Room:
The room is 4m x 3.2m with a built in wardrobes. Room is currently semi-furnished, but I can remove anything unwanted. There is a shared bathroom at the end of the hall (sharing with one other person) with duel sinks and lots of storage.
💰Rent:
$300/week, Bond is $600. Bills are included!

About the flatmates
Hey I’m Bec, I’m 24, and I work part-time as a receptionist and part-time in film, and iI pend most of my free time making pottery in the garage or at the gym! I host a dinner with friends once a month but other than that it’s a very quiet home! Beth is 23 and works in retail, she loves going to the beach or sitting by the pool, and often stays with her family on the coast. We love having a little dinner when we get to see each other (but our schedules are so crazy!) and we would love someone with the same mindset.
