The house is tidy, homely and comfortable, with a swimming pool, ducted air conditioning and modern amenities. Unlimited wi fi is available with a good connection.
The laundry is shared with a new, large washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.
The living rooms have comfortable sofas and there is a large 82 inch TV set, large dining table, big kitchen with a breakfast bench that seats 5 people.
The place is close to the shopping centre, public transport and hospital. It is a nice area for walks and bike rides, with the Botanical Gardens nearby.

We are a couple. My husband is in construction and I work in fashion. The other people that live in our home are a male student and a male working full time. Both are sporty, fit and friends/family oriented.
