Benowa, Gold Coast

The townhouse is located in a secure complex with a pool and tennis court. It’s spacious and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so the person moving in will have two bedrooms (both shown in the photos) plus their own bathroom with a bath. Each room has a lock and key.

You’re welcome to keep the existing furniture in the rooms, or I’m happy to remove it if you’d prefer to bring your own. You can also choose how you’d like to use the second room, you could use it as a guest room, home office, storage, or whatever suits you, totally your choice. Both rooms have air conditioning installed, and there’s an incredible amount of storage throughout the house.

Rent does not include utilities. I already have all the kitchenware and gardening equipment, but you’re more than welcome to bring anything you’d like to make the space feel like home.

Parking:
There’s a driveway where I park my Ute, I’ll be paying $40 per week extra to keep that spot. If you have a normal-sized car (sedan or hatchback), I’ve cleared out the garage and would love for you to use it. If that works for you, you’ll have a designated car space. There is parking around the complex, but it can be competitive depending on the time of day, which is why freeing up the garage felt like the best option.
