There's a shared laundry and a relaxing outdoor decking area which is set in a quiet peaceful garden setting. The studio has its own entrance at the side of the house.
All bills are included for those who are energy conscious, this includes electricity, gas, water and NBN internet.
The studio is a 10 minute drive to the beach. There's a bus stop on Benowa Road and is walking distance to Ashmore TAFE and isn't far from Benowa Gardens Shopping Centre.
We request 2 weeks rent in advance and 4 weeks vacating notice.

I am looking to find a quite female who is easy going, happy with life, who respects others and would enjoy living in the tranquil surroundings.
The main house is occupied by a lovely young man in his late twenties, who's hardly ever home as he's busy with work, gym and Jiu Jitsu. Not a party house.
Hopefully you love cats as there's an adorable ragdoll cat named Blu, living at the property. 😺
