- Ignore the temporary blow-up mattress in the photos, the room is empty.
- In my spare room, I have a king single bed frame, and can supply a mattress if needed, or leave as-is if you prefer unfurnished

Apartment Features:
- All utilities included in the rent (WIFI, electricity, water). We also pay for some shared kitchen items like paper towels, dishwashing liquid, salt/pepper.
- Secure building with intercom access
- Pool and gym in the apartment complex
- Street parking available

Location:
- 2min walk from Harbour Town Shopping Center, and 8min walk to the bus stop (10-15min to Griffith University)
- Lovely, quiet, very safe area. Have lived here for years, never had any issues.
- Short drive to the beach and local parks

Looking for someone that:
- Doesn't smoke, have children or pets
- Prefers long-term
- Is friendly and enjoys keeping to themselves (perhaps more on the introverted side like we are)
- Genuinely a clean, tidy, respectful person
- Preferably works or studies full-time
