Short term stays 3-6 months or so. For shorter term stays of a month or so the price is negotiable.
Water sports resort style upmarket home on a great waterway. Home includes stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, fishing off the docks, swimming pool. We have a large indoor modern kitchen, we also have a good outdoor kitchen and barbecue area over looking a great water way. You are welcome to use either kitchen.
We are also up for cooking together occasionally or you can simply cook for yourself at your leisure .
Some times my daughter and l like to play music so looking for youthfull people that also like all types of music. I am looking for youthful, easy-going motivated busy, working, travelling or studying flatmates.
You can play music and have fun, and you can pretty much do what you want here, being respectful.
Close to public transport, the Broadwater, Harbour Town, 6 blocks away is a short walk to a shopping centre.
We have a very big house so lots of different little areas to go and sit down and relax in privacy if thats what you you want , but my daughter and l are always up for a chat, sorry no pets as we already have a cat.
lm a very busy business owner and work a lot, so I am not around much during the week days and love kite surfing on the weekends. Probably need to work less, so often not around much and the house is empty a lot during the day so nice and peaceful if you are at home then.

About the flatmates
l consider my self very easy to live with so lm also looking for easy going flatmates. I share my home with my daughter who is 14 every second week only. She is used to living with people over the years and she is a very easy person to live with. We are an active kitesurfing family and love the beach.
I don't Rent this house l own this house and I only do small bonds as everything runs so smoothly here.
Everybody that has ever lived here has been happy so its a very easy going place to live.
I don't think there's too many rules here, just looking for like minded people, working studying and out and about motivated people.
