It's a great place to swim,fish, kayak, paddle board, etc. There's a cafe within 5min walk, also drakes supermarket plus small businesses at metro market. Bus stop just out the front. 15 mins to Griffith uni by car and 24 mins by bike. Its very close to harbour town and southport for all your shopping and dining needs. On street parking only. All bills included. Plus Netflix and Foxtel. Fan in room. I Don't like parties. You must be Clean, tidy, respectful. I have a small storage unit in the garage which you can use. plus a standup paddle board and camping gear that you are free to use when ever you want. I also supply all cleaning products, toilet paper and essential cooking needsin the rent.
